lol I've been limiting my calories. It helps for me really. I basically look at calories to see if I can or cannot eat it. I eat a lot of fruit which has very little calories in it. Also getting up and cleaning house. I know is.. I have to have at least 1200 calories... but I eat between 1200 to 2000 calories so I'm in no way starving myself.

I just felt weird all of sudden listening back to my album recordings I just did. I felt like I was gonna pass out for a sec. idk what happened.

Good day at work. It's a nice job - Worked 4 hours. I started to get a bit overwhelmed at the end - I might need the Invega injection.

Now I'm overwhelmed by cryptocurrencies - So I'm taking a break... Although I don't feel comfortable.

I’m learning about pigments in paints. They said the finest blue paint is made of Lapis Lazuli. The lightfastness (permanency) can last to 100 years. I hope one day my painting is good enough to deserve this kind of paint

I've been reading a bit today. Also, I was going to go to a support group, but I did not end up going. Now, I feel bad for not having gone.

I feel awful right now. I feel like I don't get enough social contact.

I have been volunteering and stuff and I just still don't find meaning in life. I think I am depressed still. I just don't know how to get out of it.

Also, I hate living with my parents.

I wish I could move out of my parents' house. It seems like it causes a ton of problems for me emotionally. I know my needs are met here, but it seems like I would be more independent on my own. I would need a way to make some more money though if I were to move out. I mean, I make some money from my job. But seemingly not enough, I guess. I need to figure out a plan.
