I have a bunch of notifications on Facebook and LinkedIn, and I just want to ignore them all!

Went grocery shopping. Got everything on my list. I have to go again tomorrow though to get the rest of the stuff though since I can only carry so much on the bus

My mom again. Argument today. But she keeps texting me. I never call her anymore. She’s always texting me.

have my sister's four youngest kids for one more day then we take them back tomorrow. my sister is going to meet us halfway.

I got my favorite blueberry lemon thyme goat cheese at the store. It tastes like a dessert

I think I'm gonna stay on the perphenazine (trilafon) instead of getting off it. I think it's going well combined with the abilify injection. So my current meds will be:

Wellbutrin 300mg
Zoloft 200mg
Trileptal 1200mg
Perphenazine 16mg
Abilify Maintena 400mg

and Klonopin 0.5mg prn up to 2 times a day as needed

I need to do something about my insomnia though. I slept an hour and a half last night. And I feel wide awake. I slept about that amount each night the past 6 days. That's probably not good

Sometimes meditation can help with sleep. Ever try that like right before bed?

Sometimes, it doesn't seem to help lately though, I've tried it a few times this past week. Idk what the problem is. Usually when I don't sleep for this long it heads into mania but it seems to be being prevented for now at least due to my meds so I'm just stuck with the insomnia part. I'm not tired at all. It's frustrating because I know it's bad for my mental health to be this sleep deprived even if I'm not physically tired. I don't really know what to do. I get my weighted blanket this weekend though so maybe that will help.

I'm gonna try wearing myself out by being physically active throughout the day.

and maybe once I have my weighted blanked meditation will be more effective

I didn’t even know I didn’t have a psych appt scheduled

Now I do.

Therapy on Monday and psych on Wednesday next week.

I remember being in Washington DC and on this boulevard by the White House and there were Cherry Trees down the sides and they were in bloom. Gorgeous!

I don't know why I have to sleep so much - Maybe the antispychotics. I have such crazy really really deep dreams. I slept until 12pm. I go to sleep at 11pm.

I don't feel good when I don't sleep in until the morning. People don't understand because usually they only need 7-8 hours of sleep.

My mom told me to get a COVID test so I'm waiting to speak to a nurse on 811. I've been on hold forever. I have no symptoms - Maybe short of breath but I think it might be anxiety.
