I'm doing pretty well this morning!

Also, I am happy it's becoming fall as well.

I am looking forward to the cooler temperatures.

Went out to dinner last night with my bestie. We hadn't seen each other since July 7, 2021. It was nice to get together. The restaurant was mostly empty and we sat in the corner. I did well ordering a salad at a burger joint. Even though their burgers are so good. I treated and my friend protested and then said she'll get it next time. I told her I had just paid off some debt so I was okay to pay. She's been going to Vegas every other weekend since her Mom died of Covid in Feb or March and that gets expensive. (Family lives there.) We hugged too which was nice. We didn't wear masks as we were eating. I'm vaccinated I'm not sure if she is. But it felt relatively safe. My sister who is a preschool teacher just had a kid test positive for Covid so they are shut down for either 10 days or 2 weeks. Not sure which. I think the school is still trying to figure it out. My niece goes to that preschool so I am understandably worried that she will have caught the virus but there's nothing I can do about it but just wait and see. I had tickets to go to Disneyland this weekend but am forfeiting them because of the virus. Seems too risky. Of course they are non-refundable tickets, but it is worth losing the money then going and getting sick, or I am fine and getting others sick because I'm asymptomatic or something. __________________

Great job Blue_Bird! Don't forget to build up your tolerance so you don't burn out....it's great that you are getting more exercise though.

I think I got too many games. Got like 10 and played 4 and am just done. Blah.

I been hard on myself last week to draw or game or do something fun other then sleep. This pregnancy has been so unbelievably hard on me already and it’s only month 2 almost 3 (1st tri). The nausea and tiredness, even tho it’s all I really am dealing with, is so debilitating to the extreme. There were some days, many, where I was only awake for maybe 2 hours of the day, IF! And the nausea, most days I could only curl up in a ball and feel the nausea for hoursss. It was so bad. It’s not over, but it’s mild right now.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of existential depression lately and some anxiety too. It’s really bad.

hugs @newtus I hope all this pain and nausea and stuff that you are having right now will be so eclipsed by the sheer joy and delight of having a baby that you will forget all the pain you had while in your pregnancy once the baby is here. I know 9 months is a long time but my sister always says the first trimester is the hardest, that and the last month. Hopefully the second trimester will be much improved with nausea etc. HUGS Kit

I'm trying to put myself into a "Friday mood," and my attitude is gradually improving. I'm getting together with my sister this evening, which is per usual on Fridays, and we will celebrate her birthday. I want to be in a good mood for her special day.

I've lost 7 more pounds of the weight I gained from Olanzapine--that's a total of 53 pounds gone, thanks to the keto diet. Be that as it may, as it's my sister's birthday today, so we will be indulging. (She wants empanadas and cup cakes.) Besides, I make it a point to indulge once a week so that my metabolism won't slow down.

I continue to struggle with "what if's," worrying over what could happen in various situations, and stressing out over little things. I know I'm just projecting my anxiety over the delusional intrusions on things which helps to know. But I've been taking Lorazepam almost daily to deal with it all. I don't like that. But so far today, I haven't needed one. Fingers crossed.

Hope everyone has a peaceful day.

What kind of card do you have? I asked my friend to get me a greenlight debit card so I can order from door dash, etc.

Only did a mile on the treadmill today, it was really hot this late afternoon so I couldn’t do the full 2 miles or more. It’s better than nothing I guess
