I've been setting an alarm every morning for 2-3 years even if I have nothing planned. It works so well for me.

Having an Apple and honey roasted peanuts….the peanuts only have 4g carbs which is crazy low for something that tastes so sweet. They are my new ultimate snack.

I think I’ve been getting too much and need an alarm to waKe up before I oversleep…it’s helped my mood to sleep less.

I usually get right around 8 or 9 hours of sleep.

On occasion I will get more like 10 or 11 but that is usually on a weekend. But I also have Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue so that can mess with my sleep. But I usually go to bed between 7 and 8 and get up at 4 during the week. On the weekends I still go to bed between 7 and 8 and I get up between 4 and 6.

I see that sounds perfect then….I was getting like 11 or even 12 at one point and I seemed to stay fatigued throughout the day.

Yeah when I sleep 10 or 11 I am usually tired all day. It is better for me to sleep 8 or 9 usually unless I am in a Fibro flare. Then it doesn't matter if I get 4 hours or 14 hours I'm a zombie anyway.

I have the teeniest, tiniest sore throat and I am jumping to conclusions that it is Covid (I think because I know so many people who is getting it right now). Seriously, if Covid didn't exist, I wouldn't even be blinking at this sore throat. But I made myself an appointment for later today at a State Run site to see if it is Covid. I hope not. I don't want to miss that much work! I find the state run sites are significantly less busy than the county or city sites. I made an appointment at 2 for 330 same day. I can't even get an appointment at a pharmacy.

I have an appointment with my therapist tomorrow. Hopefully she has some info on the voc rehab program my psychiatrist mentioned. This is a different one from the one I signed up for because that one still hasn’t gotten back to me and they keep losing my applications, so hopefully this one is more helpful. Which I’m sure it is. Because I was in their day treatment program for several years and they had a lot of good programs and helpful things for people trying to get back to working.

My favorite sugar cookies are always the ones with the Christmas tree or other Christmas designs that you get from the grocery store, or the Halloween ones that come out around October that you can buy and bake. For some reason those are always better tasting than regular sugar cookies lol

My sleep is all screwed up. I’ve been sleeping half the night then sleeping in the middle of the day (like 3 hour naps). I need to fix it.

I need to buy some K95 masks especially if I’m going to be working and or in that program sometime in the future and around people more often. I have masks but they’re just regular medical masks. I have lots of hand sanitizer. I’ve had all 3 of my shots thankfully.

Did you see where pharmacies will be giving them out for free, the masks?

My therapist didn’t show up to our video appointment. No phone call either.

I'm sorry Blue_Bird that sucks.

Spend some time with Stash and tell her your troubles. I bet if you play with her for a bit you'll feel better about your therapist not showing up.

I have a sore throat. It was really mild yesterday but I went to get a Covid test anyway because well, you know, that's what we do nowadays.

Then last night the sore throat went away. I was like yeah, probably just some sinus drainage or something minor.

This morning it was still gone. But now, almost afternoon, it's back. Puzzling. It's not very sore. It's just kinda sore. But I am thinking I shouldn't volunteer tomorrow at the food distribution unless I get my Covid results back. Don't want to pass it along to others if I do have it. Then again, I'm at work today. But I mostly work alone, in my office so.......I think the chance of me contaminating anyone is super slim. I might leave early though.
