I feel so bad for my kitty. The buildings fire alarm went off so I had to leave her in here and go outside. It’s so loud and she was stuck in here for ten minutes with the loud alarm going off scared. The fire department was just clearing smoke out of an apartment on the first floor. I don’t have a carrier for her yet so I couldn’t take her out with me. I’m getting one later this month though. I just feel bad for her. She was probably so scared. She’s hanging out with me now.

I think I'm going to learn how to bake homemade bread. Last time I went to the grocery store they barely had any bread. It might be a good idea to learn how to bake it in case there's times I can't find it. It would be fun to learn anyway and I've wanted to for a long time.

I like artisan bread in five minutes a day…..it requires yeast but is really flexible with rising and is no knead.

Thank you Des, and WA and everyone else on your thoughts about Residential treatment.

I haven't yet been accepted. IDK they had some medical questions for me. I don't know if I can do it though because 45 days is hella long and my work kind of freaked out when I told them. Even though my job should be protected under CFRA you never know. Plus 45 days away from my family would be super hard.

I made a plan with my therapist last night. I am going to take next week off of work (so I won't be around on here guys but I'll be thinking of you). And schedule it like I was IP. So making sure I get out of bed and stuff like that. Also like doing painting, reading, calligraphy, watch some movies. Plus my Dad said maybe we could go to the beach or something fun as a treat. There's also a lake kind of nearby in the mountains that we like to go to to just hang out and have a sack lunch. It's just pretty and tranquil there so we will probably do that.

I'm going to talk to my pastor's wife tonight who I really trust about this and about everything going on with my sister and my niece and stuff. I've been really stressed out about that.

That's kind of where I am at right now with everything.

I honestly don't know what's required here in NY, but I wear masks anyways.

I need to buy some more and I'm trying to decide what kind to buy, N95 OR KN95, what's the difference, is there a difference? Which one is better? I don't know the difference those are just the ones I hear people talking about

Think New York just lifted the mask mandate….kn95 is the version of an n95 but made outside of the country….my understanding is half of kn95 are fake..

Okay thanks, I'll try to get some n95 ones then. Yeah I just looked it up, they are lifting the mask mandate here, but they still encourage everyone to wear masks. Of course there's tons of people that won't though now that it's not required unfortunately.

Honestly SK….. think the vacation plan sounds even better than residential treatment, sometimes you’ve gotta force yourself to do fun stuff and it starts lifting the depression.

Thanks SP, that means a lot! My T and I worked hard to put something together that might work well.

My sister is going to come over next month and help me use her bread machine. I'm going to buy my own bread maker in June. I'm also going to learn to make it by hand too and do that sometimes, I just want the bread machine for convenience since it does all or most of the work, they have them for like $70-80. I want to get an air fryer eventually as well

I’m excited to see my friend Saturday. I haven’t had social interaction in a long time, and my sister should be coming over on Sunday

I hate myself and I feel extremely anxious. I want to cry but I'm trying to make myself feel better by watching Pokemon.

I just took a Klonopin along with my night meds. Hopefully it helps. I will hopefully go to sleep and wake up feeling better. I feel so agitated and anxious and hateful towards myself right now, and am crying on and off
