I heard from my therapist. She is alright. We are going to have an appointment on Saturday. Ah. I can relax a bit now knowing she is okay.

Getting a migraine. Ugh. Must be the stress of my pdoc appointment today. I took some anxiety medication. First time I have had to take it in the AM all week--so that's progress.

I don't really know anyone who isn't addicted to something. I had an eating problem. Tons of people are addicted to caffeine.

Taking my niece and nephew to see Minions: Rise of Gru tomorrow with my parents as well. I already saw it....on 4th of July. I gave them the option of Thor or Minions but they chose Minions. One just turned 9 and one is almost 18 so probably a good choice.

Yes, addiction is very common and there are lots of things to be addicted to. Even social media can be an addiction if over-used.

I have to talk to my pdoc about the thought eating, and some other stuff that my T says is psychosis. I sent him a text so he knows about it but it is going to be hard to talk about it. Also he will probably discuss last month's SH. And I need to tell him about the nausea and ask him about sarcosine for the negative symptoms.

My new Digimon TCG (trading card game) starter deck came in the mail today, happy about that. Looking forward to playing with my friend sometime

I've been stressed about the state of the world and my own personal anxieties so I've been distracting myself through my hobbies and music

Thanks, it did. He increased the Latuda to 120 mg and put me back on Olanzapine which I like better than Lybalvi. He also told me to take the Trintellix at night to see if that helps with the daytime nausea. He said if not he can give me an anti-nausea medication. It was a very encouraging appointment. He is always so nice to me. Technical difficulties though. He was cut off from the appointment twice and had to log back on. Oh well. I see him in 6 weeks.

I see my psychiatrist tomorrow (I see him every 3 months). Not sure what to say. I'll have to write stuff down.

He's really good and listens, doesn't judge. I've been doing very good though lately.. In general..

My mind is so clear. I'm just also freaking out about the economy and 1m other things.

I feel like the only way is to be manic and then die. lol..

I hope your pdoc appointment goes well, Desoxyn. I usually see mine every three months also, but I budget for 6 times a year in case I need a crisis session. He is $200 per visit. So far this year I have seen him 5 times (but one time he saw me for free). I will see him at the end of August next. And then I guess November if all goes well. I had to write things down also so I wouldn't forget to bring anything up! HUGS Kit

We just had a hail storm! It was neat! It was fast and furious--how it usually is when we get a hail storm here in the Summer. It so so humid now though. Triple digits and humid. Yuck. Thank goodness for air conditioning and fans!

That's cool Sucks that it's so hot though. It's in the 80's here in NY which is still too hot for me but better than the 95 it was the other day. I prefer fall and winter.
I'm glad we live in an era where there's air conditioning, fans, etc

I'm thinking about maybe getting free of this place. But I'd have to rent a new apt. And rents are going to get more expensive. Also, I might not have any good luck, and I might need to come back here when my cognitive impairment gets worse, and not allowed to come back.
