Anyone here have experience with Latuda for psychosis? My psychiatrist was talking about it a while ago and I think I might try it since I'm on two antipsychotics right now.

I have not taken it myself, but I know people who have found it helpful.

Yeah, I was thinking about wanting to change things, but actually, I probably shouldn't change anything...

I’ve been on Latuda for about five years now and aside from when I was getting used to the dosage I’ve been psychosis free.

That's great. I don't know if the gym near me is open today. But I'd like to do some form of exercise.

Drew a Pokémon. It’s nowhere near how I used to draw because it’s been years without any practice but I’m happy with it and will keep practicing

I put everything in the same place... If I throw something into the garbage and miss, I get up, pick it up and do it myself..

I've been doing so much work (Shower, hygiene, tasks, chores, job, organizing) - And I did this same thing when I was 15-16... Then psychosis happened. I couldn't bare the constant activity anymore.. of doing things..

But right now, I'll try again

Because when I was 16, I slept a few hours a night for a year, stressed, abused and then all of a sudden, I broke down. I couldn't get out of bed.. I told my mom "I don't want to go to work - I don't care about life"..

And I brush my teeth every day, take care of myself.. It ended up where me, I was outside on a bench in the psych ward - With my dad, cutting my toe/finger nails because I was so mentally handicapped.

I just found a place on reddit called writing prompts (actually I've known about it a while). Inspired me to get started writing some fiction again.

Psychotic experiences are quite common even among people who don't have a mental health condition

"Increase in serotonergic tone is thought to explain olanzapine's antidepressant and anxiolytic qualities and enhanced dopamine activity in the frontal cortex."

You're good. I wasn't scared by it.

And yeah, the world is really "off" lately. Ha.

Got a coffee energy drink I'm trying out. I thought it was just coffee when I bought it but it's also an energy drink. So hopefully I don't have a panic attack. I have avoided energy drinks for a very long time because of panic disorder

I'm hoping it gives me energy and helps my headache go away and not give me a panic attack

Yeah I am on Latuda, Rexulti, and Lybalvi. But I want to change from Lybalvi back to Olanzapine.
