I know I can switch to another pdoc which is a good thing. Probably I am going to. I mean at least I have the choice, as I know some people don't. Anyway. Hope to bring at least a little positivity around.
Also the Risperdal is not working. I don't know why I switched to it. It didn't work in the past either. So my pdoc was effectively just repeating a past mistake.

Good job! That's great. Are you planning on taking a course there sometime soon?

Thanks! I just submitted the last payment 10 minutes ago

Yes, I plan on trying to enroll for the upcoming fall semester starting on August 29th, I'm probably only taking 1-2 classes at a time because I don't want to overwhelm myself since I'll be volunteering occasionally and hopefully by then have a part-time job too. I'm not sure what I'm majoring in, my major was human services, but I'm thinking of switching it to something else. I want to finish my associates degree then work on furthering my education so I can work/have some sort of career in a library. I love books and reading and it seems like the best environment for me so I think it would be a better option than human services for me

That's awesome! I wish you luck! Would being an English major interest you? Some sort of literature?

Thank you! Yeah that could be an option, I did do exceptionally well in my English classes so maybe I could look into that, I remember my college professor using one of my papers and asking for a copy of it so she could use it for future classes as an example of what a good paper looks like, so maybe that would be something I could do well at

Wow! That's impressive. I think you'd be great at any kind of English class, whether it be a literature class or any other type. Also, you could take some sort of elective that interests you. Sounds exciting!

I feel stuck. I have a problem at work with getting my payroll T account to balance. I have been over the numbers a bunch of times. I am probably making some silly error in arithmetic that could easily be solved if someone else took a look at it. I asked the company controller to go over my math but she said she couldn't today. She said take your time and if you can't concentrate today put it aside until another day. (Basically she isn't going to help me with it.) She always says she welcomes my questions but then when I do go to her for help, she does not help me.

So I reached out to our outside accountants. My main guy is talking with another client right now but he is supposed to call me back. My controller hates when I go to them for help because of course it costs us money. But I have been working on this for like 3 hours and I cannot find my mistake. And if I can't get help from her, I don't know what else to do.

I'm frustrated with myself for not being able to figure it out and I am frustrated with the controller because she never helps me. I hope our outside accountants get back to me soon. I'd like to finish this project today. I'll shoot him an email too in case he didn't get my phone message.

I had a panic attack at my GP's office yesterday. UGH. When I got into the room with the nurse, I laid down on the table. She asked me if I was okay. I said I was just anxious. I was trying to control my breathing and reset my limbic system. And I didn't want to feel like I was going to pass out. When the doctor came in, she was like, "Wake up, Kit!" (I was not sleeping!) She finally figured out that I was anxious. She asked me if I had taken an alprazolam which I hadn't so she suggested I take one when I got home. But I didn't need it at home, I needed it at the office. But I got through the appointment. She was nice to me.

A coworker asked if I was going to the parade and I said "I didn't even know there was a parade" - So I walk into town to get my meds and the pharmacist said "Are you going to watch the parade?" - I said the same thing lol..

As the parade was starting, I walked into 711 to get a drink and no one was there - The cashier walked into the store, smiling, saying "The store is closed".

I then came home and Googled "Why don't I enjoy life"

Why don’t I enjoy life? You asked Google – here’s the answer | Anouchka Grose | The Guardian

Anyways, happy Canada day lol..

The anxiety is getting to me. I am starting to have a few SUI thoughts. I already took my PRN medication. I could try to see if I have any Olanzapine still. I am supposed to take Lybalvi and not Olanzapine but I don't like the Lybalvi.

If you don’t have olanzapine can you call pdoc?

Feeling stupid. I feel like I should be on the 15 mg olanzapine again. One pdoc I was seeing said that I should go off of olanzapine and onto risperidone. However, the other pdoc was saying I should stay on 15 mg olanzapine. Egh. I don't know what to do!

I could....
But he saw me last month for free when my GP freaked out and called the cops on me when I went to see her for SH. So I don't want to ask him for anything without an appointment. But I have one in 13 days. Just gotta stay strong until then.
