My parents and especially my grandfather wanted me to wear pullovers also when the other girls already wore long sleeved t-shirts (I wasn't too hot, but I would have been ok also with t-shirt). And they insisted that I wore long winter jackets in winter, though sometimes I could persuade them that a shorter one was fine.
I'm sorry your parents are so strict. Also telling them that you're too hot inside school (though maybe you aren't) doesn't work? About your schoolmates, maybe try to answer with some irony, as someone else suggested, but if they don't stop, make them notice that they shouldn't care about what you wear (it's not easy, but sometimes it's necessary to do so). But if the first method works I think it would be better.

It’s admirable that you are so honest and obedient.
When all the girls were shaving their legs and wearing high heels in 6th grade, my mom said ‘no way’. So i got a razor and shaved my legs. Then I wore knee socks in front of my mother to hide my shaved legs. No way was I going to school with hairy legs! I learned really early on that my mother could be unreasonable and her rules were stupid, so I let her think I obeyed, then I did as I wanted. You are a really good kid. If you choose to obey your parents and wear the coats, just tell the kids who poke fun at you that you think it’s stupid too, but it makes your nervous parents happy. Nice kids will understand and stop making fun of you. Nasty kids who continue are just jerks.

You should wear enough clothing to make you feel comfortable. If you are cold, wear warm clothes. If you are hot, take them off. I don’t know anything else about your parents, they may be very sane and right about this. However, defying someone who tries to oppress you is important, even when it is a parent.

I kinda have like 2 friends, and there’s no places like that on my way to school. But if I were to do something like that and my parents found out I would get in trouble, besides I can’t really lie to my parents.
