Poor dental hygiene is a source of inflammation which can contribute to illness such as heart disease. It is also the source of bad breath. I keep a bottle of mouthwash on my bathroom counter, and also have one in my vehicle. I sometimes wonder what people think of me when I am stopped at a red light in the morning, as I brush my teeth. Probably too busy on their cell phones to notice.

A new doctor has recommended Coco Floss to me. I have added it to my August Amazon subscribe and save delivery. Am intrigued by it. The doctor said it is her new fave and is worth the extra price because it picks up more plaque.
