i watched a movie the other day that involved a girl that cut. to my surprise, the girl was only thirteen. i was amazed. a thirteen year old girl cutting herself?! how can that be? she's only thirteen, how bad can it be at thirteen...
then i remembered i started at thirteen. now im feeling horrible. i've already been thinking about it a lot, but that movie triggered the hell out of me. especially since it showed the act. i dont know what im trying to say. i just wanted to get that out.

I think about cutting all the time. I've been cutting for 15 years...I started at 12. Yes, it does seem like movies like that can trigger the cutting urge.
Try to stay safe. If you need to talk I'm here.

Anything and everything can trigger the urge. I write a lot and I wrote for a while as a distraction and some of that stuff just sets me off.
