Iim so confused.........help please........

I'm So Confused At The Mo, You See I Keep Getting The Nagging Feeling That I Need A Drink, And It Hurts So Much As I Often Can't Have One, I'm Such An Waste Of Space, I Used To Drink Evreyday But I Soon Replaced That With Cutting But Then I Needed Both, It Feels Better To Drink And Then Cry, Usually I Feel Too Numb To Cry When Sober So I Turn To Alcohol.I Prefere Drinking Alone, To Not Have To Share The Guilt Of It, My Thoughts And Feelings Are All Wrong. I Feel So Numb. I Have To Bleed To Feel....Something.

My heart goes out to you because I know you are suffering. It's obvious you are using the drinking and cutting to aleviate pain. I hope you have someone, a counselor, doctor, phychiatrist, who can help you understand this difficult time and show you ways to work thru the pain so you don't have to try to bury it anymore. It doesn't have to be like this sweetie.

Crying, I am so sorry to see you in such pain. I've been doing my fair share of drinking lately also - stopped cutting, substituting alcohol. What a mess.

You are not a waste of space. For someone who can write such inspiring poetry, you have a talent beyond words. There is life inside of you, and strength. I hope you can find it.
