I gave blood yesterday just to see the blood drain out of me. Doing good for a bad reason

I can still feel the needle in my arm and the tourniquet they wrapped around it.

At least someone more worthy will have my blood.

I wish that I could give blood. I like having blood drawn. They don't want mine though. Doing good for a bad reason I think it's okay to give blood for these reasons, as long as you're not doing it more than what is healthy. At least it's constructive. How do you feel about yourself afterwards?

I dunno what I felt afterwards, I was just so woozy. I hadnt eaten, even though I told them I did, and that really didnt help. It was almost like being drunk. What I liked about it was watching the blood drain out from me. I guess its the safe way to go though. But my donor card wont let me donate again until June. I think I'd do it again though, cause I still have the feeling in my arm. I wanted to do it on my left arm, so they put the tourniquet on and couldnt find a vein, but my arm is still sore. So they go for the right arm, tourniquet, see the vein, cant get the vein so they take a minute fishing around for it. Great, they're doing all the work for me. Thanks guys.

But thank you all for your responses, I appreciate it.
