i did it again... Adams name is now carved in my freaking stomach GR i regret doing it now and if my mom finds out im dead and if my recruiter finds out then im out of the guard which will suck.... but i dont know what to do i miss him GR

I'm concerned that this "little" stress is causing you so much self-harm. How do you plan to handle the real stress of being a soldier? Perhaps it would be best for your long-term mental health to let them see, and give you an out? I'm worried about you. (((hugs)))

i hate my life i really do im nothing but a screw up to my dad now and i cant talk to my best guy friend anymore and ive turned into a speed head again and an alchi i wanna cut and i almost did last night but i was never alone

Talk to people and distract yourself maybe? i know what it's like, but i didn't have the support you do now. So, I hope you accept the support, because I know you need it. None of us want you to cut. no one truly wants to cut, because it's so hard to get out of that cycle. You have to try and break the cycle in one of your most difficult moments. And gradually you will heal
