It is okay to be angry, and to say that you are angry. You're not bad. When someone tells us that we can't feel the way that we feel and that we have to shush, that makes us need to get it out some other way, like SI.

Ah, I think you are naming the emotion I have after a visit to the Pdoc! But really it feels awful to feel like that and even know it may be helpful to do all that nasty stuff. Just do not think of it but try not to do it!

Miss Lilly, Anger is what makes me ...hurt myself.
It has to go somewhere and inside isn't quite fixing it. I understand ... I'm still fighting the urges and sometimes I don't win , but I am never going to stop trying . Hang in there...and just cause you give in doesn't mean you can't hop back on to the buggy to help and peace. Prayers to you , sweetie, ZiggyMuzik
