13 days! Hard to believe. Some days are definitely harder than others. I guess just hour by hour & day by day. I put my tool out of easy sight.

At least a year... I just haven't been tempted to no matter how bad my depression gets... Maybe it's the fear of my parents finding out? Because when they found out I cut last year, they got reaaally mad
