Meds I've tried: Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, Effexor, Remeron, Elavil, Wellbutrin, Risperidone, Abilify, Prazosin, Paxil, Trazadone, Tramadol, Topomax, Xanax, Propranolol, Valium, Visteril, Vraylar, Selinor, Clonopin, Ambien Treatments I've done: CBT, DBT, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Talk therapy, psychotherapy, exercise, diet, sleeping more, sleeping less... |

puzzclar: good job on the two weeks! I know you are upset that you had a setback, but also remember the fine achievement of two weeks clean. You can make another good run, and an even better one!

6 weeks, amazingly. Not sure how I've made it this far. I think the biggest thing keeping me from self harming is not wanting to be hospitalized or giving others the chance to control my life or prove that I'm "crazy". But I guess whatever keeps me from doing it is good enough. I think this is the longest I've gone.

It's been a hell of a week. 5 days in a row.
 12hrs since last SI. Seeing new trauma T. She was concerned about
Possible trigger:
I promised I would not do that again. I just need to make it 24hrs. |
