Today is only day 2 without. I was honest with my T the other day about how it made me feel and I feel like I am learning a lot about what my triggers are and motivations, so
I'm trying to be happy with the little progress I am making, even if I feel like a failure in many ways for my latest stretch.

Went 2 weeks (one of those while in hospital) and then succumbed last night... so 1 day at the moment Been finding things especially hard since coming back home; Hospital was not the right place for me... but being at home has been overwhelming too right now.

Eleven months.
It's been an absolute struggle lately and I'm definitely not in the clear yet, but I've stayed strong so far.

Let's hope I can make 1 year!
