I don't know what's wrong with me. In the attempt to keep from SI I keep relapsing into all my other addictions. It feels like I'm doomed to fail, always giving into what I feel is the lesser evil. I'm so tired of this.

I feel like I'm failing I feel like I'm failing I feel like I'm failing I feel like I'm failing I feel like I'm failing I feel like I'm failing I feel like I'm failing I feel like I'm failing I feel like I'm failing I feel like I'm failing I feel like I'm failing

The lessor of many evils...I to have been struggling with this. I haven't SI'd for awhile (meaning the damage is pretty much healed; however, I've taken on several bad habits. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

I know that it can be circular and it is up to me to break the circle. I'm just at a loss of controlling the impulses. I hate it - hate it - hate it!

I'm searching for anything that can help break the cycle. I'll share as I find things.

You probably know as I know that if you don't feel like doing the things that controll the impulses - we aren't going to. Frustrating.......

I've done that, it seems that we can't just quit SIng unless we have another positive coping mechanism that feels the same way emotionally for us. It takes so much work sometimes...

You are putting in the effort, don't be so hard on yourself.

(((((((((((((((ickydog)))))))))))))))))))) Please don't be so hard on yourself. You are trying very hard. That is what is important. New coping skills sometimes take some time to use consistently. Take care.
