I don't know you that well, but it makes me so sad to see you post this. From the little I have heard from you and read of what you've posted, you shine out as incredibly sweet and kind, a super friend and extremely loving. There's no WAY you're rubbish of ANY sort!!

Thanks Rap!! I have trouble with internalising other people's crap Like certain relatives And I sometimes feel as if my "safe places" are wrenched away, like I was wrenched out of my mother with forceps Like when therapy turned bad too, somewhere that seemed safe but turned toxic

You are absolutely, 110% NOT rubbish, or anything even remotely close to that! You are such a good caring person and i hate to see you hurting like this ... you don't deserve this. Just remember that you have SO many people on here (and outside) that care about you and love you. Sometimes its hard to remember that when we are feeling so down .. but just know that you will always have our support, and just keep reminding yourself that you are not this horrible person that you are feeling.
