I feel like if I relapse now when the urge is small I wouldn't cut so much.. but if I keep it in I might slip out a lot.. so I'm kinda lost here on what to do

Hello scar12346: Well... cutting isn't the worst thing in the world. But it does present its own dangers. I presume I don't have to tell you what those are. Personally I don't think it would be appropriate for me to suggest whether it is better to cut now when the urge is small versus later on. What I feel I can say is it would certainly be best if you could not cut at all... if you could reach out, in real life, for the help you need. But if you do cut, please do so carefully. I wish you well...

I've decided to keep the urge in and focus on working out. So yeah I am keeping it in for now. Hopefully it won't be that bad later on

Well done, scar, I hope you can use the outlet next time when you feel you're close again. I don't work out at all and I'm not proud of it. But you do. I wonder if you have good system, however you do it, you've invested your time and money, it's wise to use it and get the most out of the investment.

What's your workout music, man? I ain't really asking but the key here is to put your/our mind to something that we like, to synchronize and be in tune with the tools we have available, something simple yet effective. People might feel a bit of normalcy by trying this method, don't forget to be awesome every day.

When I work out I just listen to my own breath and hearth. It is much more easier to stay concentrated on me when I am with me. I tend to push myself a lot in those moments, I guess it's better than to do much more harm that stays with me for a while.
Thanks for this!
