just gna keep this short so u can kick this post aside...
my friend here makes me promise every night that i wont cut. it works. idk where he is, he hasnt tonight... im scared im stupid im just being silly why does this affect me? im just stupid i hate xmas i wish i could send me a letter when i was 12 tell me not to be stupid put down the blade dont even start why am i even fannying around with cutting anyway i should just kill myself nvm go shoot my post feel free i dont matter dot

PM me if you need to talk OK? dont cut....you are better than this. remember that. you are bigger than this. holidaze do suck sometimes, we just need to get past that. Sometimes things can be so overwhelming from when you were 12 and now older. The allure of coping by cutting doesn't go away by age but finding other ways to cope. I hope you are able to resist tonight. I know your friend would like to be with you but maybe for tonight I can be their substitute. Please try and stay safe.

Think about it and take pride in yourself. Pat yourself on the back ... you made it thru a crisis. Hang in there and just try your best. I know how important it is to have someone promise us not to SI... it can really help in the tough spots (I had someone do it for me too once upon a time). You are not dumb, and I'm glad you made it through. You're a good person, and a whole lot stronger than you give yourself credit for.  I do care about you.

i hope you can stay safe... do what you need to to get grounded... things i do
walk outside barefooted take a hot shower...not scalding run on my treadmill till i can't run anymore journal call my t watch a movie type something over and over... and fill a page... i am not going to cut...i am not going to cut clean my house help someone at my church i care... i hope you can stay safe...lynda

i know how hard having someone you care about make a choice that you would never want for them...
my middle son is having really serious problems in his marriage... and in an attempt to keep things together he is taking more then his share of responsibility... i am so proud of him for taking responsibility... but... if he takes it all then his wife doesnt have to take any... and she doesn't have to change... your friend made the choice to cut... as hard is that is ... it wasn't your fault and you don't deserve to be punished... he is lucky to have a freind who can truly understand how much he was hurting to get to that place... stay safe selfy...lyn
