Can I ask a question about triggers?

I read the rules and I am not sure that I can.

Thanks for responding,
Leslie

For the most part we try to stay away from graphic depiction of our habit. Sometimes however it is hard to state our feelings without saying what we have done. That is when we will put "trigger" on the message. Also anything that talks about abuse that you or someone you know may have endured tends to be triggering to other people. If you forget to note that your post may be triggering for others and a moderator for this forum sees that it is then we will edit the title to add the word trigger. So avoid graphic discription of self injury, no use of curse words and no suicidal posts. If you have any doubts you can do like Ozzie said, just PM one of us and we will be happy to give you posting advice.
