It has taken me 12 yrs to figure out what things trigger me.... I feel like I have way too many! I also feel like I can't avoid most of them because they can occur on any ordinary daily basis. Just today I have already been triggered 3 times.... is anyone else triggered so often and easily?

Yup I take care of it by using grounding techniques and relaxation techniques. I also journal, draw, crafts, biking and walking.

Hmmmm... I thought about something....
I have automatic memory loss...self protection mechanism explained to me...
I take meds to further this affect too...
I have to write everything down, everything. Way too many triggers...
maybe that is why I have sooo many triggers.... a sudden smell, sound....anything...
I used to have serious flashbacks to the point I was literally in my past and came back to reality with MP's surrounding me....
Now it is feelbacks and vague memory/ images...
I think that is why I have such an emotional problem...
Way too many triggers... Way too many triggers... Way too many triggers...
does any of this make any sense!?
