What's too much?

((((((((mandazzle))))))))))

It's okay. You're trying, sometimes that's the best we can do. It's okay. If you need to take care of yourself medically, remember to do that, okay?

Hugs!

i am sorry that you are hurting so much... but your not a failure... you fell back on old coping methods... and now you just need to refocus on the ones that work in a safer way...lyn

Write them out?

Take a deep breathe. In and out. Focus.

How can we help?

Safe hugs.

Self-harm is really the result from an unresolved depression, that is basically physiological in nature. To stop cutting one-self one need to treat the underlying symptoms of depression due to an underlying biochemical imbalance.

Please read:

What is Hypoglycemia?

The Serotonin Connection ----> here

Depression is a Nutritional Disorder

and ask to be referred to a Nutritional Doctor or a Clinical Nutritionist.

Christina: I don't even know what can help me now. I just don't know what to do.
Jurples: I already know all about Hypoglycemia, my sister has diabetes. And I also know about Serotonin.
