The urge was soooooooooooooo strong tonight. Only slight differences to my day; i bout froze to death out side with the kids and kept sending them in to warm up (they were turning purple) when the other teacher wouldn't notice (field day)... my fish died (which I knew he would, he's been working on it for a few days now). I bought 2 new fish and it was when cleaning both old and new tanks that the urge had been so strong. I had started crying after I got out of the pet store - for no reason i can account for. Went to rent movies and got kid movies (the Bee Movie and Artic tale) but haven't watched them. Oh and i took the lexapro at a different time. MD wants me to take it with food instead of at bed. Incase any one wonders, take only with SMALL amounts of food. I forgot that advice and took it with my meal.... =( So i don't know if that changed my mood so drastically. But for a while i thought i'd have to call t.

i forgot i had even posted in here - losing time. i feel really sick today - can't get out of bed, can't focus. can't stop crying. stomach aches. blaaaaaaaah.
SI still on the brain. no actions, but it is there and present. i do like watching the new fish. did watch "artic tale" - it's sad!
i gotta pull myself together - have a paper due - ..........
