I ended up sleeping for three hours after posting this...Thanks for all the responses...I felt better after sleeping...

Just frustrated mostly...having issues with lonelyness, feeling overweight, feeling like IRL people don't understand, that I'm not worth anything, I could go on...

I know my mind is twisting all this around...and had no strength yesterday to battle the lies...I'm thankful I slept instead of bad coping ...

Direction--

I look so forward everyday I come here to read something you have posted somewhere. You encourage so many and give your hand of help in so many ways. I pray that you will feel our hands reaching back to you.

Thank you for reminding me to save some for myself Sabau and yes I feel everyones encouragement purplesecrets...its really strange to do so...I feel at most times that everyone else deserves these things except for me.

It feels so very real to me...There is so much going on in my head...I wish I understood it...It seems so much easier as an outsider when reading someone else's post...to offer a suggestion. Why can't I take my own suggestion? Why? I don't understand? Why? why? It should be easy...why isn't it?

because you give so much of yourself to others that you forget about yourself.

Even though we "know" all those thoughts are not true and only part of the disease we don't "believe."

I'm so glad you are feeling better after some sleep. People here value your advice and opinions.

Thanks for being you.

"Easier said than done" comes to mind as an answer to your questions. You are right, it is easier to look from the outside and add comments and suggestions to someone elses issues. Being so involved with our own problems, we are not always "seeing" how certain things apply to us. I think we have a kind of warped idealogy of who we are as we rarely see what others see in us. Taking stock of who and what we really are is not an easy task, so of course, applying our own rational ideas we have for others is much more difficult to do.

Wishing you well on your journey to self realization and self help. You seem determined and I believe you will get there.

Hugsssss
