Nausea, anxiety, tingling in the arms and on occasion slightly blurred vision after masturbation or even arousal. A panic attack has stemmed from this in the past. Any help would be incredibly appreciated. I'm scared to look at anything arousing anymore.

It may be embarrassing but I would actually talk to a doctor about your problems. I would be concerned that there might be underlying health issues. Does this happen when you have sex with a partner too? If it does then I would definitely visit a doc.

I'm a teen, so I wouldn't know but I suspect it most likely would. Sex isn't really spoken of in my family, I'm not sure I could handle the embarrassment

From what you said these symptoms occur not just after orgasm but just with mild arousal.
Otherwise you might be considered to have Post-orgasmic illness, which is just a fancy way of saying you are more sensitive to the comedown from orgasm with the hormonal imbalance which accompanies it.
Thanks for this!

Most of those problems have gone away now, but I get quite nauseous and I kind of feel like my chest is empty and that I'm not controlling my body.. it's just kind of... doing things...haha. As a response I just, well it's almost like I manually pump my heart or something, sort of like tensing and releasing my chest constantly, and it sucks. I feel like I can't really keep my body upright and I just want to fall over and relax. I struggle to fall asleep if I do it as much as half a day before I get into bed, because I seem to kind of feel sleep happening and I freak out and wake myself up. Overall I feel like **** and I can't seem to figure out why. I don't feel bad about masturbating so i'm not getting myself all hyped up, I went to the hospital after that first panic attack and they said the only thing wrong was a bit of an irregular heartbeat. Of course I didn't tell them what I was doing before the attack happened. It's affecting my school work as well because i'm just not motivated to do anything while i'm like this, I just need help!

When you ejaculate you lose brain and spinal fluid. How often do you masturbate? You should really try to cut it out because it's no good for you.

You are in New Zealand, so I don't know about your medical privacy rights. Meaning, I don't know if you are old enough to have a confidential conversation with your family dr, without your parents' knowing the details. Since the symptoms you describe are unusual, you do need to be checked out. So call the clinic that you usually go to and ask about the age after which they don't disclose dr's progress notes to the parents.

PS do you have a tendency to nausea outside of sexual arousal? Have you tried eating a complete meal (carbs, protein and fat in one meal) before masturbating? That would be the simplest and most obvious thing to try wrt nausea.

I think that the most concerning symptom of yours is blurred vision, however slight.

I remember 1 time I masturbated 4 times in a single day and after the 4th time I almost felt like I was about to pass out, since than I have never done it 4 times in a single day and very very rarely even do it 3 times a day, I typically do it once a day but on occasion twice a day.
