Couple times a week but now it has decreased. I don't see the point of it. I get a good feeling from it and then it just ends in a few seconds. I need to get laid
 I prefer being with someone. When I masturbate often, my energy decreases. It sucks.

Maybe once every couple of weeks. I think sexual thoughts fairly often, several times a day, but actually doing something about it is so tiring and time consuming to me that I usually just forget about it until I get to a point where I can't concentrate until I masturbate to orgasm. Then I can carry on with my life. When I was off anti-depressants briefly, I felt a strong urge to masturbate almost daily, but on them, I seldom have that urge.
