I've been having trouble getting to sleep. I have recently been taking more time to get to sleep, and then usually waking up a few times during the night. Lately I've been waking around 4:30-5:30 am.

Any ideas of how to get to sleep?

Hye, sorry to hear you are stuggling to sleep Could you set times to when you sleep? Not over sleep or anything?

Why not check out a few articles from tehsite.org

I know I need a new mattress (just waiting for a good deal to get one the right size). The computer is worth looking into, as I'm on it for 40 hrs/work and about 20 hours/home. I do allow myself to sleep in a little on the weekends, as I don't usually have to be anywhere.

I don't know if you've already read this, but here's a thread I put up earlier today. It may help with sleep if you're willing to try it
