I still get the cravings really bad. I can ignore them for the most part but I actually went out and got a pack a cigarettes. Luckily, the pack I bought were stale and the cigarettes taste like crap. I didn't even bring them back. I figure if I want to smoke badly enough then I'll have to smoke crappy cigarettes. One thing's for sure, I don't enjoy them so I put them out real quick. I'm going to hold on to these stale cigarettes as to prevent me from going out and buying a new pack that may be fresh and taste good-I could easily get readdicted to good cigarettes a lot easier then to these icky smokes.
The pack has been sitting around for 3 weeks now. Only 2 are missing and I just puffed a couple of times on each of them and threw them out.
Think I should throw them out altogether or does this sound like a good strategy?
