Congratulations to everyone on their do-rights!

I went and saw my T this morning. I was only 5 min late (this is an improvement). I was honest with her about what happened Saturday night. She said it was a psychotic episode. I took care of a kiddo today (and all that entails). I told both my parents about said psychotic episode and that my T said if it happens again to either call her or my pdoc immediately and use the words emergency and I'm not in control and therefore I'm in danger (fun huh). She said and my pdoc would both recommend immediate hospitalization if it happens again. I did not flip out at this news. I took a shower. I'm debating whether packing a bag with a few things incase I end up in the hospital is being prepared or being pessimistic. I know this isn't really the place for heavy stuff but I think not flipping out about everything counts as a do-right.

I met with my daughter's new T to give a bit of info. Met with daughter's other T and gave feedback on a theraplay session that was videoed. Then had a session with daughter and T and daughter had a breakthrough. Got daughter a "new" pair of tap shoes for $15 instead of $68.

Well done!!!!!! ((((((((((everyone)))))))))))))

I apologized to someone immediately after I'd been very irritable to them and that allowed me to stop becoming even more irritable and to be pleasant instead!

I got some work done. And I got everything together that I need to take with me to see a new doctor tomorrow.

Hugs to all!

I called my T for clarification on yesterdays appointment. I took care of a kiddo and tried not to get angry because I was frustrated with my own issues.

I have not been here for several days. I read up on what everyone wrote since then. So many do goods. So many posts from the heart. I honestly appreciated reading each and every post. Thank you everyone.
Today I went to the dentist. Okay it was just the hygenist. but I had to drive 45 minutes each way. And pay to get my roots straped. Then I went to the co-op instead of going home to get water. I cant drink my tap water. So I bring jugs to the co-op and fill up there. I ran into an old friend who I had not seen for a long time. That was very nice. I put the garlic and mullin drops in my ear for the infection... twice. And took the antibiotics. oh yes, I forgot, yesterday I called the opthomologist and made an apt for my yearly exam. That apt is one of my least favorites. I love the town that the dentist is in. It is the law there that if anyone wants to cross the street, all cars should stop and let them do that. So cars stop even if they see someone thinking of crossing. Its so polite there. I could not even imagine someone honking their car horn there. And its the state capital city !!!

Yay everybody!! I've been remiss for a few days, but here's yesterday: I saw my T, then a chiropractor appointment. In the afternoon, a beautiful warmish day in Mass., Sherman and I walked the loop along the river and meadows. He loved romping with the other doggies. I was feeling anxious and insecure, but got through it. I worked on designing a costume for a dancer doll I made for my aunt. This a.m., my deck was covered in tennis balls, Sherman's calling card. He digs them out of the snowbanks. I have plans for dinner and a movie tonight with a friend.

I went to work to turn my time sheet in and pick up my keys for the new building. Went and picked up my meds. Walked up the street with my mom to get dinner. Really enjoyed the fresh air.

Glad to read what you all wrote. Thank you. I always enjoy reading everyones words !!! Today I dragged myself to Costco. Yay. I had to stock up on things. But they did not have the organic carrots. The man there said its because of the floods. Other than that I got everything I needed.

Then I came home and pulled out my huge stock pot and started the three day process of making stock. Sorry sundog, its chicken stock. I cook it for three days. My kids once wanted to know if I named the chickens. Okay, that didnt help my conscience any. They thought they were live chickens I bought and was going to keep as pets or something. This only conjured up visions of rotisserie chickens roaming the woods behind my condo. Back to the present moment. I put the garlic oil in my ears today. And will be very good and begin to use my netti pot again.

I scarcely remember the day. Went to the dog park. Did a lot of chopping ice in the driveway, and some food prep. A movie plan fell through, as a friend was ill. I cried some. Guess that was a release. Was here at PC for maybe 3 hours.

Ugh lost everything I typed!

OK catching up been going to work and doing dishes on a regular basis. Since Friday: picked girls up from school, got books from library, took girls to Penguin Plunge (Carnival thingy), made supper, watched movies (yesterday & today), helped with homework, cut coupons, made grocery lists - using coupons as a guide, took girls shopping for: snow boots, stuff for their dad's party/birthday, and grocery shopping.

I have not done anything worth reporting. But it is great reading all the great do rights everyone else did. I helped a friend get an Irish Cottage in Farmville. Probbly should not even admit to that !!! Thats about as close as I got to doing something right. Oh yes, I also used the netti pot for my sinuses, put drops in my ears, and called someone to ask what suppliment I should switch to for the ear infection. Okay, well maybe I did do some things right.
Thanks for this!

I went somewhere today when I didn't feel like going. I supported someone and got out of the house.

Today I went to the nursery even though I didn't feel like it. Bought poison to kill the weeds in my garden and soil revamping stuff to put on after I kill the weeds. Went and picked up and ate lunch with my god-daughter and her father. My mother came over to say hi. I took a much needed nap. Then my mom came back and we picked out and ordered new clothes (to the tune of $1000... my dad's gonna be pissed!). But he can get over it, I'll send most of it back anyway. Mom left and I ordered more clothes then took a shower.
