Great job.

That reminds me, I still have sheets to fold and the stuff that is in the dryer that I didn't catch yesterday. It was my dirty jeans etc from working in the yard. Knees

What the hel* it can wait until tomorrow
Thanks for this!

I did not take my stitches out.
I got up from the computer to stop my dogs from getting into things they shouldn't.
I went to the store with my mom and sister.
Thanks for this!

You guys rock!!

I did some housework before I left the house this morning (some vacuuming and a lot of straightening up in the kitchen). It felt good to come home to a tidier house this evening!
Thanks for this!

Love that !!! It feeds my heart when I can give gifts of love to other people. I too have a hard time coming up with things I do right. I am going to try to incorporate this thread into my daily practice though.

Today I called my friend whose cat passed away this morning. That was difficult for me to do because I did not want to bother her. She has many friends and is quite resourceful. She is an animal rescuer actually. But i felt that my condolence email sent was not enough. And sure enough, she was grateful for the call and conversation. I offered to drive the half hour each way to go to the cats funeral tomorrow. But she is having three friends there. So I was not needed unless I wanted to be there. Considering I am agoraphobic, I declined, as long as she had three people with her.

That's so great you called your friend ((((((sunsetsunrise))))) and that she really appreciated the call. How incredibly kind of you to offer to go to the funeral even though you have issues with agoraphobia. I'm sorry for the passing of your friend's kitty

Thanks (((((Sundog)))))).
Today I tried to focus my attention on reading a book about ADD. Gotta laugh at that one. Will be an ADD miracle if I can get through this book

Too funny!! ((((sunsetsunrise))))

It's good you took care of yourself today (((((Miracle))))) Really hope the pain eases up.

Today I went on a really energetic hike at lunchtime with my dogs. Not sure how many miles it was, but it was all uphill for about 45 minutes on the way there (and all downhill on the way back! ) Anyhow, it was a good workout and I didn't hear a peep out of the dogs for several hours afterwards!
Thanks for this!

WHew! I did so much today, and hope I can do what I've planned for tomorrow too. (That today's exertion doesn't stop me tomorrow.)

I had my nails done (this is a health issue since I can't do my own nail care.) I also called in for my scripts for tomorrow. I made an appointment to get a hitch onto the back of the car tomorrow. I let my assistant into my home so she could bathe the dog and do what she does to help me. I went out to eat, which I haven't done like that since the spring. (I didn't go weigh in, as my MD isn't too sure I should continue with that weight "loss" program.)

It's awesome that you had such a productive day JD!
Here's hoping tomorrow is just as (if not more) productive!

I finally had the hitch put onto the back of my car. Now if I can decide on what to buy, I will have a way to transport my motorized wheelchair and can go places and do things again.

Yay, JD thats awesome. You can be more mobile.
I reached out today for support when I was verbally and emotionally attacked by a friend who has so many anger issues that she said she wanted to blow up the bank earlier this week because they made a mistake.... which they corrected as soon as she brought it to their attention. Today was my turn. To blow me up, so to speak. I did my best not to go into a bad place and shake a lot. I reached out for support. ..... and I self medicated with 2 1/2 ounces of cheese yay
Thanks for this!

Its only a little thing. However, I bothered to leave the house this morning, to pick up an item of post from the post office for myself. Even though I could have been lazy and put it off, I didn't. And I walked to and from town, which was something healthy.
Thanks for this!

Love reading all the things people are doing right. It's a lot!!

I was upbeat and positive today and I was friendly to everyone I interacted with (instead of trying to have as little interaction as possible and avoiding people, which I often do)
Thanks for this!

Sure wish 2 1/2 ounces of cheese would work for me..

Today... hmmm what have I done right today???? Oh, other than minding my eating and pain medication, I cleared the floor in front of the study's closet. A small box dumped it's small contents all over the floor in the process (and I need to reorganize that...coins and trinkets) but the file holders and bin are out of the way now.

okay lets see if I did anything right today.... must be something....I took out the trash bins. I think about it and notice that I drove "right" I walked " right" I spoke "right". Perhaps these are all things that must be acknowledged.
Thanks for this!

Well, I guess this is something I "did right." I had a bad car wreck two weeks ago and have been scared to drive. But I did get in the car today and go to two doctor's appointments, out to eat, and to two stores!
Thanks for this!
