Other things I did right:
  1. Read an article in the "The Economist"
  2. Read a non-business book for 24 minutes
  3. Took out the garbage
  4. Put the keys back in the garage
  5. Made plans to go to a new restaurant for brunch tomorrow with my wife, which made her really happy
  6. Read first 9 out of 31 slides of BOS Summary - will try to read 10 per day until finish

I took my vitamins along with an extra B12 shot. I also made sure to bring my cold medicine with me to work. Tonight I'll go to bed early.

Only stuck one foot in my mouth today. The constant two feet has really been hurting my jaw.

Today I went to work even though I felt depressed. I was able to act professionally at work despite my feelings of anger and anxiety underneath. I was able to stay cool today even when my husband got edgy. I had a productive day at work. I was able to get out and pick up some grocery items without getting too anxious. I was able to eat healthy today and get some errands done.

i have not gotten out right angry or enraged with little things.. they are bothersome, i have called my S/O a butt head in a loving way, and he has given me food... think we are good

thinking in a different perception rather than everything is against me.. just on a different page today, that is all..

I had a good day. A couple of minutes of anxiety but not too bad. I was pleased I kept it under control today.

Helped a friend do something when it didn't quite suit me. I feel good for doing that. But an overwhelming loneliness gripped me when I came home. My helping hand feeling has been cancelled out. Damnit.

I had a productive work day even though I worked from home. I woke up early as I planned, and met that commitment. I worked out and showered this morning and that was a great feat actually. I kept my emotions in check even though I still need to work on emotional health.

I got through another day of work without any issue, and I am always proud when I do that. I have been able to stay calm even in moments that someone else is getting worked up and talking loudly. I have stayed mostly stable the last few days which is an upturn. I worked out this morning. I am doing a social activity today even though it scares me.

I left work early because my anxiety was getting the best of me and I wasn't accomplishing anything. This allowed me to calm down a bit and not do any damage.

Got half-packed (small car move, so not as impressive as it might sound ) aaannnddd listened to my hip say, "ok, that's enough exertion" before it had to yell it. (So far anyway.... Fingers crossed.)

Left work right after the students to take care of myself. There's always more work to do, but it will be waiting for me another time.

I did NOT cut myself. I did NOT make a big deal when accused. I did NOT take a massive amount of pills while drinking

The stuff I stopped myself from doing counts, right?
