1) I did work fine at work, did everything according to the plan and have a plan for tomorrow.
2) I did not overeat
3) I drank enough tea to stay well-hydrated
4) I used this board effectively, finding a vital resource that I need
Thanks for this!

I did a workout at 5pm, which is highly unusual for me. I normally make the excuse that I'm too tired or it's too late. Did it and then went to the store a bought 4 bottles of green tea.

I took a couple of hours off to avoid a noisy event nearby. I knew it would make me anxious.

I worked out at 5pm, which is highly unusual, unheard of, in fact, for me. I've always said I was too tired and/or that it was too late. Broke through that barrier today.

Also read a chapter in a non-business book. I never read books, so also a big change for me.

I waited for them to instigate-- i have not said a word of what "rumor" that one tried to start with the other day....

Nothing has happened, yet

and i am not trying to "figure it out" either-- this is a big step for me

I remembered that someone had something nice to say to me. I got caught in all the negative parts of my day. I need to concentrate on those people who value instead of those who don't.

My cat ran away and I caught him. I presented well in the weekly staff meeting. I commuted by bike both ways. I went to a class slash sales presentation about riding when wet, assessed how much it would cost me to buy all sorts of gear for doing that, and decided against it. On rainy days, I will commute by public transit. I will ride only when it is dry. So I think that I have made the right decision.

Didn't obsess as much as my current (not good) situation may have warranted>is that like being in denial, or a good thing??

I effused to someone stocking a department of a grocery store about how they have the most awesome kind of that department anywhere and how very happy I was to be back and able to shop there. Not all that long before, he'd tipped a box and things spilled all over. I figured he could use hearing the Something Good that had already been rolling around in my head. (And boy, was it! Couldn't stop smiling I was so damn happy to be there!)

(BF used to work there --different dept -- and knows how very hard they work and how rare a positive comment is. I meant every single word of it. Wouldn't have been fair not to say it. It just felt really good to not let shyness stop me from saying something that could potentially make someone's day.)

i spoke a little, and i thought before continuing.. although my S/O now wants and is expecting a letter... those painful moments of 15-20 minutes by myself... made me realized--- he wont get it due to he has not went through what i have-- how can i expect him to "know" something he has never experienced?

being a little more perceptive at the moment than i was earlier- that is always a good thing, and learning to do more.

I got less negative feedback than what I thought when I did an errand today. Will be doing at least two more errands that will help my mental health.
