Got my son enrolled in his new school. Cleaned house and cooked supper for everyone. Took care of my sister because she isn't feeling too good. AND Danced in the kitchen with my new boyfriend while singing songs to each other.

only did exercises in the morning and avoided other important things to concentrate on, then some side effects from antidepressant got me quite anxious not able to focus.

Made myself get up and go to work even though I could think of a million reasons to stay home. I am not going to hold the door open for this depression to just come on in. Taking mg meds. Trying to fight the good fight.

I did grocery shopping before work, and got all my "usual staples." I felt really productive. Got some good deals on Lean Cuisine meals, too. (1.88 for meals normally 3.69!)

Phoned my sister...we laughed and watched Youtube comedy snippets together[synched *grin*] and talked some serious stuff too. She's 2100km away. I miss the works of 'em.
