I did not rush to do errands that would interrupt my workflow and taking care of myself. While I did this I decreased my anxiety and paranoia to figure out what may have actually happened.

That's so funny! No, I am all fixed now - a bit of Amitriptyline+a bit of cannabis do the trick every night. I am relieved to no longer have this problem.

It is actually purely medicinal and NOT what you think - I do not get any psychodelic effects from cannabis.

I ate my lunch that I brought from home instead of getting carryout... and it was good! Gotta save that$...(my most recent hypo cost smell a few hundred bucks saved for Christmas. Dang.)
