I use to be so pretty and skinny. after I had a child and my depression got worse I gained so much wight. I am so sick at myself for even getting close to 300 ibs. I don't have money to go to a gym. I try to walk in the spring and summer but I don't seem to lose much. I do have a problem of eating when I am down or board but I do try to eat healthy. I just look in the mirror and cry this is not the girl I use to be and want to be.

Hi,
Only a change of lifestyle can get you back to your normal weigth. Eating healthy food only helps if you eat what you need. It takes a tremendous amount of willpower to keep to the right amount of food.
Another option is a stomach operation to reduce the amount of food you can eat.
I hope you can loose weigth and be your normal self.

You are not that number on a scale. You are wonderful! . The walking is a good start. Sounds like you need to find something to keep you from being bored or working on changing your default boredom activity from eating to something else. It is hard to change habits. It takes awareness and focus. Keep focused on how you might make even the smallest changes.

Girl i am on the same boat. I actually lost weight when my child was 2 but gained it all back 2 years ago..i know how to eat right and work out, the problem is that i stopped and have NO will to do it..i hate my husband seeing me naked and avoid intimacy. I hate what i see everyday and i know how to work toward my goal but i never do. I have depression and i'm an 'emotional eater'. I am terrified of letting go of my winter coat and having to bring out the tank tops and shorts for the summer...hang in there momma❤❤❤
