Where do I start on writing letter to perp??

My T wants me to write a letter to my bro about the abuse I suffered as a child at his hands. But I do not know where to start or what to say in it. Can anyone give me some helpful hints here? I want to do this and other then writing I hate you and hate what you did to me what else is there to write? Where do I start on writing letter to perp??
