its ok - no need for reply-
this was before i caved in and took the seroquel finally last night- "I" did not "mean" to bring back this thread (yet I also did so part of me meant it) some things just require compromise and i know i need to take meds to keep stable- I did not want to become "dull" if i took them but its a compromise with the illness- hopefully meds makes the brain run smooth enough and still allows for creativity and mental energy. . .either way i cant just let myself crash and burn by refusing to see that its necessary to be "on" medication to have any sort of functional life. thanks. . . |

Understood. I myself made choices yesterday to not crash and burn also, took needed meds.

ahhhh ok i think this from the start of it (im afrais to look ) should not have been here as it is ugly and "stinks" or smells up the place . .im trying to shut it up and shut it out but it doesnt stay SHUT so where do "they" go to scream? rhetorical dont answer- the more i try to "correct" my self the worse ill make it.

Ok. np The brain doesn't always give back what we actually see or go through. The images might be symbolic only. The brain is trying to work though memories, imo, but might not have all the information correct.

I just had a hypnogogic nightmare ... horrifyingly real feeling.. of course the brain has it wrong but how would it even create something like that?
