Ok, this is what is going on in my head and making me do stupid things like push away my T.
I have this little girl inside of me who is really trying to get noticed but she was locked up for so long that she will pop her head out, get scared and then run back inside.
In the meantime, she is leaving me to clean up the little messes she is making.
I understand she is afraid to fully come out and surface for fear of total abandonment, for fear of being laughed at.
But, for me...she is starting to make me look like I am the crazy one. And then that pisses me off and it totally complicates everything in my head.

I know the feeling so so well. Wish I had some answers for both of us but I don't. All I can say is I understand and I'm there with you. It stinks, doesn't it.

SJ, I know this is hard, honestly I do. But can I tell you what worked for me cos I had the same problem?

For me I had to face the little girl(S). Oh my it was hard. I didnt want to be crazy, I didnt want to think I was a crack pot. But in the end I had to accept that I had someone else, they had a problem and if i could just help a little in bringing them out in a positive way then things were going to improve.

Its a hard thing to do. Takes a lot of courage but in the end it worked for me. I hope it helps you to have told you this.

The little girl inside of me is very sad. She cries on a daily basis. I try to help her but she is just too scared, marked and brusied. She has pain in places that make it hard for her to even sit down at times. Most days she just wants to go to sleep for ever.

You know there is more than a little girl inside you all. I know, I know, that's what it feels like right now. But did you know you have a Parent self there as well? And......an Adult self? The problems arise when the Adult part is taking a backseat to the Child and Parent, allowing those parts to conduct the business of the day. Take a look at the link in my siggy to learn more of this problem. It's on the Psych Central website too.
