i just had three nightmares in about 2/3 hours of sleep

im so exhausted...just had another one last night

this needs to stop

((((((InACorner)))))))) I am sorry that you are having nightmares have you thought about writing them out and if you are in therapy taking them in and discussing them maybe there is a reason for them and if it has to do with past issues maybe that is your bodies unconsious way of telling you it is ready to deal with what is lying their. Just a thought but I do hope it get better.

no i havent wrote them down or anything and im not in therapy yet thanks though mackie (((()))) i will write them down...good idea

..just woke up after the second time ...had a few more nightmares...
