Hello,
I suffer from all kinds of anxiety and PTSD, all caused by the sexual abuse. I just have discovered all of this in the last few years. I didn't know what was going on and why. But am learning more each day and finding out I am okay. I just have to learn to deal with each thing each day and keep posting and going to counselors to uncover triggers that trigger the old guilt, shame, panic and the total queen of horrors, anxiety disorders..........Good to be able to post again .

Hi Jenni,

It's hard to keep working on it and keep going...and to have to do it in the first place...and know the reason why. But I think with each step we take, each bit of progress we make, every time we succeed, we go towards the light and away from the darkness of our abusers, you know? We defeat them. And for sure we are making a better life for ourselves, even though the work is hard. I commend you on all the work you're doing! Hang in there.

Take care,
ErinBear
