I sometimes think about my breathing and it becomes forced and uneven. If you are pregnant can it harm the baby? I don't know if I am, I am just worried that it may harm them.

I felt this way in my third trimester. Fatigued, huge. lol. I paced myself, baby was fine. I think you should tell your doctor.

How many weeks are you?

I really doubt it, our bodies are pretty good at making sure the baby gets what it needs, even at the expense of our own bodies sometimes. Although if you are stressed/anxious that isn't good for the baby (their heart rate can jump up in response).

Have you tried yogic breathing? That can help with regulation.

If I am pregnant it's less than a month. Thank you for putting my mind at rest. It would make any pregnancy less stressful. I will see if I am pregnant later on today. Thanks for the link too. xx

If you are pregnant or are trying to get pregnant you should take prenatal vitamins. Folic acid helps prevent neural tube defects and is most important in the early stage of pregnancy.
