I sometimes think about my breathing and it becomes forced and uneven. If you are pregnant can it harm the baby? I don't know if I am, I am just worried that it may harm them.

If I am pregnant it's less than a month. Thank you for putting my mind at rest. It would make any pregnancy less stressful. I will see if I am pregnant later on today. Thanks for the link too. xx
