I find some days that I am great and experience mild to moderate anxiety, but I am in a good mood for the most part. Other days, like today, I am down and get irritated easily, I cannot focus and I do not feel like doing much and of course I worry a lot but generally just feel out of it. Does anyone else get this?

Yes. I can usually take steps to make it better now. And I'm aware of the cause sometimes. There are still those days though when I can't really make it better and don't know exactly what caused it.

Yes. I notice that it has to do with the amount of sleep I get, how much I've eaten and drunk, how stressed I am about school, and a lot of other things

I also get the same way. I remember once I was having consecutive good days, I even believed I got this anxiety thing under control, just to be disappointed the next day when I started have my tension headaches, and restlessness. As far as i knew there was no cause for the anxiety at that time It is just so frustrating. I feel this is going to stay with me for the rest of my life.

Yep, i concur with you all. It will often depend on sleep, diet etc. I am experiencing first amounts of anxiety since 09....so im relearning the whole process. I actually had my first panic attack an hour ago...not terrible, but distressing :S.

I feel the same way. I have been struggling with anxiety all my life but now that I'm starting the menopause process it's unbearable. I worry for no reason and am finding it hard to concentrate. I'm on meds and going to a counselor. How do people cope with this each day? I need more help.

Yes, I had those types of days and patterns. This was worse before I started my antidepressant. Now, I'm trying to adjust the dosage so that less down days and work from there. Right now, I'm having anxiety side effect from the antidepressant, so hoping I don't need a prn this evening.

I have doubts about my T or pdoc.
