today i had my first panic attack.
i got very scared, my chest started hurting and i felt like passing out and then my body froze up, and i vomited twice afterwards.
i dont really know what caused it, but my T said it was a panic attack. i get worried because i dont want it to happen again. it hurt really bad.

Look into a natural herb called VALERIAN ROOT - it is GREAT for anxiety attacks and when you have trouble sleeping.... I use it along with my depression / mood swing medicine, Celexa.

(((Megam))) I get those and hate them. I never puked but I hate them. Did your T give you something for anxiety? I take meds when needed. I have had to run from rooms , it's very scary to have one first panic attack

It's not fun. Those waves of fear. Just keep your chin up and you will get thru it! Don't let it get the best of you and you will come out on top.
I have been fortunate not to have full blown attacks, but just panic bursts caused by external and sometimes internal sources. Look into deep breathing and calming exercises as well.
You can do it!
