I don't think I can develop anything on the internet. I have gone through this "we're friends!" thing a lot of times. It repeats itself over and over. Eventually you split ways and the cycle begins again. In the end~ I am alone. Literally getting deja-vu at this point with internet people. I've seen it all before. Though I guess that makes me smarter because I know when I should put my guard up and not take them seriously. Internet "friendships" last like a maximum of a week or two for me. |

You neglect yourself if you allow others to walk all over you an ignore/exclude you. You have to show that you value and care about yourself. By changing how you view/feel about yourself, being more in harmony with whole self, accepting weaknesses, things you can 't control or change, and accepting respecting others as they are, you can have a better life. No one's perfect remember. We are all human and make mistakes and have faults. Its a waste of time and energy worrying about what others things of us, comparing self to others, criticising others, dwelling on negative things

You was honest to the counsellor. And thats because you want help and your honest. There is a difference between having hommosidal thoughts and carrying them out. Your trying to get help for your feelings. There was one time i had a strong feeling to seriously hurt a girl who had been treating me very badly. I was very concerned that i was feeling that way and as the urge was quite strong i called the police and told them that i was worried i was gonna hurt this person and i got my self put in hospital. Ive never had those kind of feelings before then or since.
