It may sound silly, but I need you. To me, you are not a coward, but a source of strength through shared burden.

I awoke hitting the ground running. An energy ball of mania and anxiety. I am careening forward with no working breaks. I feel sick at the amount of imbalance. I wonder if adrenaline can make us sick? (googling)

edit addition: It can. :/ http://www.realfighting.com/adrenaline_rbd.php

Really not that anxious today! Took my anxiety PRN anyway because if I don't take it I know I would get anxious. But yeah, I'm having a better day.
Thanks for this!

Lately I've been sleeping so much. Like almost the whole day after waking at some later time from sleep. I don't know why I have this persistent exhaustion.

My husband does this when he is not taking his Adderall xr for his ADD. He can sleep easily 16-22 hours. I usually can't sleep longer then 4 hours unless I am taking my meds which make me groggy.

I hope you get it worked out soon.
Thanks for this!

Thank you. At first, I thought maybe it was a med side effect, but it has lasted since sometime last week. And then it started again, after I stopped taking the med. Maybe that med has a long half life or something.

I am anxiously waiting for a Government cheque. It is already a week late. A postal strike is looming and I am quite fearful that it will get stuck should it happen. I stupidly budgeted for it and already spent the money on things I have long needed and done without. Now I have to stretch out what little money I have left to purchase groceries until the end of the month.

I'm very on edge today. Keep thinking about things I don't want to be thinking about, but I can't seem to stop the intrusions. I'm exhausted, which is making everything worse. Today is my last day of work for the week, and I'm afraid of how I'll make it through. Things shouldn't be too complicated, but I still have this overwhelming feeling that something huge is going to go wrong today, and I won't be able to fix it.

My anxiety just went up. Have stomach aches over cyberbullying (not on PC). I only realized today I was being bullied. Going to therapy today, also nervous about that.

Maybe you can talk a little at your appointment about the cyber bullying. Sorry to hear about that.
Thanks for this!

I'm anxious about what the future might hold for me. Ive stopped living in the present. I think I'll go shopping today. That'll probably distract me for a while.

a little anxious about this weekend... near me their's going to be a bit of an event- music, food, possibly a few stalls, and lots and lots of crowd noise

just really hoping that i don't hear much (any) of it from my window

because that will really trigger my feelings of agoraphobia

Maybe you could run out to a drug store to buy foam ear plugs? I couldn't get through life at all without ear plugs.
