Been having some hefty thunder and lightning right now. Trying to stay calm through this. I really don't like thunderstorms. We need the rain, though.

Daughter's back to school night is tonight and I'm NOT looking forward to it. Luckily my wife isn't either so we won't be hanging around.

The extreme anxiety I was feeling seems to have stopped since I stopped taking one of my meds. Still not sure how good of an idea it was to stop on my own, but it seems to be going OK so far. Now I'm just worried about having been misdiagnosed my whole life. It's causing an identity crisis.

Made it through a four-hour wait while my husband had his MRI done, then a white-knuckle drive home. I'm safe and sound now.

I'm dreading my retina appointment next week. The anxiety is pretty bad. I'm dreading it. And I keep getting triggered and I can't stop reacting. That's why they're doing it. They belong in prison.

Been a quiet day except for the rain and thunder. No anxiety today except for when I took one of my musical keyboards out and played with it for a little bit. I don't know how I'll learn anything if I keep getting wound up over it. Otherwise I have been fine.

One of my coworkers is being overdramatic and baby-ish, and it's driving me crazy. I'm so anxious about what he's going to do next. He gets mad about something stupid and ignores us all, and now he's been packing his office up today because he's convinced they're firing him. Even though all of us have been trying to convince him that it's not happening. I'm so afraid he's just going to quit and walk out, and it's going to screw us all over.

Seem to have anxiety about everything these days, occurring with intrusive thoughts. I made an appointment to see my therapist on Monday, but I feel so on edge that I think the symptoms are manifesting physically. Headache, stomachache, chest pain... I may ask about meds. My anxiety has never been so bad.

My husband went to get the oil changed on the car and ran some errands. I started getting agitated when he wasn't there. How am I going to make it when he has jury duty and has to sit at the courthouse all day?

Some people might advise learning to get through those alone times by keeping extra busy. And I would add, make it a mindful hour or half hour, by having a coffee and connecting to the town, street, house, where he is, and connecting to what you know he is doing next. This way you have those special times and it's every bit as private as if he were at home with you.
Thanks for this!

Took my SSRI and my anxiety went through the roof. Guess I'll have to get ahold of my pdoc, again.

Lol, my anxiety was under control until I woke up. Maybe this is the key for someone like me. Just sleep through all of it until my time is up.

Another good day. I think I have a good handle on my meds. This seems to be doable.
Thanks for this!

I'm moving out of my appartment in 10 days and I got an anxiety attack because I wanted to get into my cellar and I can't because the door is locked! The caretaker has called someone that will come on Friday to fix it but I just got into a full-blown panick attack because I can't do it NOW -yeap, I am kind of OCD.
