i knew i shouldnt of went but i tired..... my b-day is this sunday and my sister wanted to take me out... well i told her i would go..... thinking it would be nice to go out.. so i went to a sports bar with her and her husband.. big mistake.. i started freakin out and then went out to get air but it didnt help so i started crying like a big baby.... well my sister said she would take me home but i told her id just wait in the car... and shes said no way ill take u home.... her husband gave me a hug and said it was ok.... he doesnt much know about my problems with social things and being bipolar and all.... i dont know why i even tried that.... im so dumb

 You are human.... not dumb..we all want to do things.. and we all try doing things.. and yes... once in awhile.. it doesn't work out.... and this time it didn't.... the next time, and the next time,,,,, it will... And everyone understood..so it's ok... The disappointment... sure is real.... we have all had stuff like that happen.. and we want so much for everything to work out... so ((((((huggies))))) for the disapointment.. I so wish that it had worked out....

You wern't dumb for trying. If you don't ever try you have no chance at getting closer to a 'normal' life (whatever the heck that is). That is really good that you gave it a shot. I know it didn't work out this time, but just trying proves that you are getting better. Your getting well enough to not let these things control you.
